The turbulence in successory vocation in the community of chipipa in the light of article 2133 º of the angola civil code

It has been verifying for almost in every territory national turbulences in the succession, mainly in the moment of the vocation successor. Usually the relatives of the one of fleeced tend to adapt of the goods for him left, the priority successive are without anything, alleging as foundation the habit. The present work has as main objective: to Mitigate the turbulence in the vocation successor in the Commune of Chipipa to the light of the article 2133.º of the Angolan Civil Code. In the commune of Chipipa, commune of the Municipal district of Huambo, the reality is not different, in this he/she worked tried to determine the state actual, that can be consisted behaviors as these are visible mainly when the spouse survives doesn't have children with the one of fleeced, and she also is not permitted that in the will is indicated a friend or an institution to inherit the goods. Verified the state actual intended measures to mitigate the turbulence in the moment of the vocation successor, as lectures on the phenomenon successor. The work is divided for: Introduction where was mirrored the reasons of the choice of the theme; Theoretical Fund mentation, in this part of the work tried to speak of the law Successor in the general, with prominence in the moments of the phenomenon successor and vocation successor; Methodological Fund mentation, the chapter in which was shown the used methods as well as the reason of his/her application; Collect and analysis of the data, chapter where was made the geographical characterization of the commune of Chipipa, was shown the percentages of the results of the questionnaire and simulate of the results; Conclusion, in this part of the work tried to give answer in that was the objective of the work; Recommendations of the work, he/she intended some attitudes that should be following to avoid the turbulence in the moment of the vocation successor; Bibliography, we mirrored the manuals and sites that were consulted for the elaboration of this work.
