Pan-africanismo, renascimento africano e a construção da arquitetura econômica e financeira Africana

O artigo se propõe a conceituar a Arquitetura Econômica e Financeira Africana (AEFA), discutindo suas principais características. Para tanto, a pesquisa consistirá em três objetivos específicos, a saber: analisar a gênese da AEFA e a importância do pan-africanismo nesse processo; entender a transformação da AEFA provocada pelo Renascimento Africano; e destacar os principais atores e temas dessa arquitetura. Com base em fontes primárias e secundárias, procuramos discutir a hipótese de que o desalinhamento entre os interesses africanos em relação às potências tradicionais e emergentes tem impulsionado as mudanças na AEFA. Em primeiro lugar, porque os países africanos começaram a buscar fortalecer os laços com os países emergentes, principalmente a China. Em segundo lugar, e igualmente importante, os países africanos também estão intensificando seu desejo de expandir a autonomia do continente em face das transformações no sistema internacional.
