Relación entre Violencia Física y Otras Formas de Maltrato Intrafamiliar en Mujeres Adolescentes Embarazadas

Resumo

Además de establecer una relación entre sí, las formas de abuso son factores de riesgo por el uso de bebidas alcohólicas, el início temprano de la actividad sexual y el embarazo precoz. Todavía existen lagunas en la literatura sobre eventos de maltrato en grupos específicos. Este estudio tiene como objetivo identificar la relación entre violencia física y otras formas de maltrato, vividas por adolescentes embarazadas en el municipio de Malanje, entre el 2 de agosto y el 5 de octubre de 2022. Se realizó una encuesta cuantitativa multicéntrica de 137 participantes en un grupo de una sola etapa. Se aplicó estadística descriptiva, prueba de chi-cuadrado de Pearson o prueba exacta de Fisher y análisis multivariado mediante regresión logística al 0,05 de significancia. A la vista de los resultados obtenidos las adolescentes embarazadas que vivían en zonas rurales tenían 5,38 veces más probabilidades de sufrir violencia física en comparación con las de zonas urbanas/periurbanas. La experiencia de violencia física por parte de los participantes del estudio se asoció con el castigo corporal (ORA= 4,35; IC 95%: 1,86-10,18) y violencia física severa (ORA= 4,95; IC 95%: 1,24-19,80). No se encontró asociación significativa entre violencia física y agresión psicológica (ORA= 1,81; IC 95%: 0,55-5,96). Como conclusión, las adolescentes embarazadas que son víctimas de abusos no violentos son igualmente vulnerables a actos violentos. Debe haber un diálogo permanente con las familias para promover una educación libre de violencia, especialmente en las zonas más desfavorecidas. Los estudios futuros deberían explorar más a fondo las cuestiones geográficas para generar estrategias más asertivas.
